Have you ever feel anxiety and sad
In simple terms, we can describe it as sadness and loneliness.
Its normal reaction to fail or struggle. when it continues for a long time its called depression.
Because
of depression we lost our hope on us.We can’t sleep or we sleep more we don’t have
the energy to do daily activities basically we can’t focus on work or anything.
Everybody in their life depressed sometimes
for sure. But some people will get back to normal because of strong motivation
and attitude, but unfortunately most of the people can’t get back to normal. Because
they can’t find out about depression and don’t take proper treatment for that. Most
of the young people depressed and not sharing anything with their parent or friends.
In some cases, they are stressed about their goals and targets and expectations
of their family and friends. Most of the time we can overcome the depression by
sharing our pain with loved ones and getting motivated.
Unfortunately,
in this concrete jungle, no one has time for others. And all are addicted to
their mobile phones. And moreover no direct communication in present days only
through social media and with fake smiles.

they have their own pain and struggle no one knows it .That is why suicides are
at a high rate.
What helps you get back to normal??
Go for
lifestyle changes……
- Like doing meditation or daily workouts.
- Get enough sleep.
- Eat healthily and allow positivity in everything.
- Read more inspirational books of successful persons or follow spiritual classes to get better if you like to.
- Every day spends quality time with your loved
ones and definitely with yourself.
And lastly life is not a race to win or lose, we just live the moment how we want. And definitely don’t compare yourself with others and
their achievements.
